Anthea Turner is allegedly downsizing following her split from her husband.
The former GMTV and Blue Peter presenter, who recently reached the semi-final of celebrity winter sports programme The Jump on Channel 4, is understood to have rented a terrace home in West London.
The 53-year-old is believed to have chosen the five bedroom townhouse to be near to her sister, Wendy, as she rebuilds her life following the end of her 13 year marriage to Grant Bovey.
At the end of last year, she said: “They say the top three slots on the stress league table are death, divorce and moving house. Well, I’m currently going through numbers two and three.”
Bovey, 52, who lost his fortune when his property empire collapsed, has also reportedly downsized to a rented property in Cobham, Surrey.
The former couple once lived in a £5m home in Esher, Surrey. The property is set in almost two acres of land in a private road and comes with an indoor swimming pool and steam room.
Grant left his ex-wife Della in 1998 to be with Anthea.
Anthea Turner’s sister Wendy Turner-Webster is best know for presenting Channel 4’s Pet Rescue. She is understood to live in Twickenham.
There are currently just two five bedroom properties available to rent in Twickenham in the £5,500 a month to £7,000 a month price bracket:
1. Riverside development home for £7,000pcm
2. Unfurnished home to rent in Cresswell Road for £5,500pcm
